.O. Bierzo. Dry white wine, 100% Godello. Produced in Valtuille de Abajo and Cacabelos, from 3 ha of vineyards on red clay, sandy and slate soils. Rainfall 750 l/year. Vines average 50 years old, density 3,000 plants/ha, yields 6 tons/ha. Plantation system: Double Cordon & Alverello. Indigenous harvest and indigenous yeast. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at max. 12 ºC for 21 days. Filtration and clarification: yes. No oak ageing. Minimum 2 months bottle ageing. Production 10,000 bottles. Best consumed within 3 years. Serving temperature 8 ºC.
