    Age of the vines: 40 years

    Vinification:

    Manual harvest. Vinification in stainless steel vats Aging: in barrels for 10 months and in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats for 3 months to keep freshness.

    Tasting notes:

    Aroma: floral bouquet, white flowers and citrus fruits.

    Palate: On the palate generous, round.

    Food pairing: Perfect for an aperitif and with a nice fish.

    Ideal serving temperature: 11 °C.

    Aging potential: 5 years
