AOC Beaujolais Villages
Red wine
Grape variety: 100% Gamay

Region: Beaujolais, South-East of France
Produced in the Beaujolais region, south of Burgundy, this wine is made from the best terroirs of the Beaujolais Villages appellation. The soil is mainly composed of schist, allowing the grapes to fully mature and express the best qualities of the Gamay grape.
This wine is made from 100% Gamay grapes. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the freshness and fruity aromas of the grape. The wine is aged in tanks for a few months to create a supple, harmonious, and easy-drinking wine.
The nose is expressive with aromas of fresh red fruits like strawberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate, the attack is soft and round, with a nice freshness. The tannins are smooth, well-integrated, and provide structure without being aggressive. The finish is fruity and pleasant, with good persistence.
