Le Haut Midi is made from Cabernet Franc grown on an exceptional south-facing terroir. The vines are cultivated with the utmost respect for the soil and for living ecosystems.
Bathed in sunshine, the grapes are harvested at full ripeness. Vinification takes place in oak barrels for 12 months, revealing an expressive nose with notes of spices and black fruits, supported by powerful yet well-integrated, silky tannins.
Perfectly paired with red meats and aged cheeses. Aging potential of up to 10 years.
