A powerful and refined wine, made from dried local grapes, carefully selected and hand-harvested in the heart of Valpolicella. Its colour is a very intense ruby red.
Long ageing in barrels gives it a complex aroma that slowly unfolds with intriguing layers of scents — from cherries in alcohol to warm spices.
On the palate, it reveals its full complexity: decisive and persistent, yet as smooth as silk.
Perfect with game, and as a classic meditation wine, to pair with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
