    Product detailed description

    Origin:

    Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 35%, Petit Verdot 5%

    Soil: gravel 

    Size of the vineyard: 37 ha (92 acres)

    Annual production: 130 000 bottles

    Harvesting: hand picking and manual sorting

    Vinification:

    Vinification in stainless steel tanks for 28 days. Fermentation for 7 days in thermo-regulated tanks (from 28°C to 31°C). Aging in French oak barrels (35% new each year) for 10 to 12 months.

    Tasting notes:

    Deep ruby color, cinnamon notes on the nose, sweet tannins.
