Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 62% | Cabernet Franc 16% | Syrah 13% | Merlot 7% | Petit Verdot 2%

Harvest: Hand-picked

Vinification: This wine is the result of different blends tested with various varieties and vinifications. Some underwent fermentation in barrels, while others were fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine aged mostly for 12 months in barrels. Only the best barrels were selected for the final blend.

Color: Dark wine-red

Aroma: Notes of leather, red berries, black pepper, and oak. Aromas of ripe red berries and spices.

Taste: Structured and fresh fruit onset with a balanced fruit flavor, ripe tannins, and a smooth, long finish.

Aging: Although the wine is drinkable with its perfect balance, further aging would lead to the development of a much more complex wine.

Alcohol: 13.5%
