GRAPE VARIETIES :60 % Grenache noir. 30 % Syrah. 10 % Carignan.
TERROIR : Gravel Terraces from a Clamoux river and clay-limestone slopes.
CLIMATE :Méditerranean, hot and dry with oceanic influences. 
CULTIVATION:Traditional working of the soil. Sustainable agriculture “Vitealys” certified by an independ organization. 
VINIFICATION :Vinification traditional, long vatting. Strict temperature control. De-stemming as soon as it is picked up in the vineyard. 
TASTING NOTES : The colour is ruby red. Beautiful aromatic complexity combining flavours of ripe red       fruit and spices.    The attack on the palate is powerful, melted, with a nice balance and a long aromatic     finale. 
FOOD PAIRINGS  :Perfect for regional dishes, cassoulet, fricassee, meat in sauce, game, fermented cheeses. Even better, to be enjoyed with a duck breast with Minervois honey or a Languedoc fowl.
SERVING TEMPERATURE : : 16°à 17°C.

AGEING POTENTIAL : 5 to 10 years.
