Portrait Pale yellow color with deep golden highlights. “Lâcher- Prise” is intensely expressed, in the first nose, on rose and lychee, accompanied by caramel. Then aromas of candied fruits and quince paste develop.
Mouth The palate is generous and warm, with sunny notes of lychee and caramelized fruit tart.
Food and wine pairing To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with white meats, fish and creamy cheeses.
