Product detailed description

Terroir: clay-limestone soil with rounded pebbles.
Harvest: mechanical, late August, at night to preserve aromatic freshness.
Vinification: destemmed and crushed grapes, very gentle pressing, cold settling for 36 h, low-temperature alcoholic fermentation for 15–20 days.
Aging: vinified in new oak barrels for 3 months, then 4–6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees before filtration.
Bottling: at the estate, stored in our cellars.
Tasting: distinctly modern style, delicate, with citrus and white-fleshed fruit notes and a smooth, creamy palate.
