Mild, crunchy, easy to digest. Ingredients Garlic (55%), rapeseed oil (40.5%), salt, vinegar. Whether eaten raw or cooked, chopped, crushed or whole, garlic has a whole range of uses. Depending on your digestive sensitivity, just let it flavour your dishes by removing it just before serving. New or winter garlic does not tolerate overcooking, which makes it bitter. It should therefore be cooked gently over a moderate heat.
