A fresh, fruity wine for pleasure, with a delicious, subtle nose of red fruit. The palate is full and fresh. Black cherry dominates and the tannins are crisp.

‘This cuvée is perfect as an aperitif, with cold meats or cheese. In summer, I like to open a bottle of red Chaponnière for a barbecue.
