Appearance: Beautiful ruby-red Sciaccarellu colour, delicate like a Burgundy wine.

Nose: Intense aromatic nose with notes of spice, pepper, rose, and red fruits, characteristic of Sciaccarellu.

Palate: Very elegant and sunny wine with a fine tension. Surprising for some, as it is “atypical” for a Mediterranean wine… Straight, juicy, pleasant, fresh, and noble, as Sciaccarellu should be when vinified in red. Long finish, with hints of maquis and spices… Pairs well with both fish and grilled meats, tajine, or sushi, adjusting the serving temperature.
