BLEND
Grenache, Cinsault

WINEMAKING
Cold stabilization followed by ageing on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity. Each grape variety is vinified separately, then blended after tasting. Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.

TERROIR
Clay-limestone soils. Vines averaging 30 years old. Sustainably farmed vineyards.

TASTING NOTES
Elegant, fresh and refined. Pale, brilliant color. Expressive aromas of exotic fruit, citrus and white blossom.

PERFECT PAIRING
A refined aperitif wine, ideal for warm summer evenings. Pairs beautifully with light grills, seasonal salads, seafood skewers and vegetable tian in the Provençal style.
