Calvados Fine is a blend of Calvados aged between two and four years, selected by the cellar master to give this wine both power and freshness. Its color is pale gold, and its fruity aroma, dominated by apple and hints of vanilla, is warm and fresh, with a medium-length finish. The dominant notes are of fresh apple, subtly enhanced by a touch of vanilla imparted by aging in high-quality oak barrels for one year.
