Lonzu is the name given to a lean pork loin preserved by salting, drying and smoking, traditionally produced in Corsica.

Traditional Corsican lonzo made from French pork loin, seasoned with salt, pepper and wine according to artisanal tradition. Ready-to-eat cured meat, aged in a temperature-controlled cellar to develop its authentic flavours.
