Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
Grapes: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Muscat (AOP proportions).
Terroir: clay-limestone soil with pebbles.
Harvest: mechanical, late August, early morning.
Vinification: destemmed, gentle pressing, cold settling 36 h, barrel fermentation 15–20 days, no malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 4–6 months on fine lees in tank.
Bottling: at the estate.
Volume: 75 cl.
Tasting: pale gold color, white flowers, citrus and exotic fruit, fresh and delicate.
