Product detailed description
Terroir: clay-limestone soil with rounded pebbles.
Harvest: mechanical, late August, at night to preserve aromatic freshness.
Vinification: destemmed and crushed grapes, very gentle pressing, cold settling for 36 h, low-temperature alcoholic fermentation for 15–20 days.
Aging: 4–6 months in tank on fine lees before blending and filtration.
Bottling: at the estate, stored in our cellars.
Tasting: pale, bright golden color; aromas of citrus, yellow peach and pear; generous palate with great finesse and freshness.
