As craftsmen we have been producing natural and original jams in southern France for several years near Nîmes, we attach great importance to respecting the craft tradition. We cook all our jams in small quantities in copper boilers, we gently mix with a beech breeze to develop a quality product that respects as much as possible the true taste of the fruit and its intensity. Ingredients: Only carefully selected fruits, cane sugar, lemon juice and pectin, without preservatives and dyes, so you can get top jams that you will find on the shelves of delicacies or on tables of some good hotels and restaurants.
