This foie gras can be stored at room temperature. Place it in the refrigerator 1 hour before serving. After opening, keep refrigerated.

How much foie gras per person?
On average, 50 to 70 grams of foie gras are recommended per person, so this product is suitable for 2 to 3 people.

What to serve with goose foie gras?
Traditionally, foie gras is enjoyed on country-style bread with freshly ground pepper, which enhances its flavours.
In a more modern version, it can be served on specialty bread with a fig, onion, or other fruit chutney.
