WINEMAKING: This Chablis, made from 100% Chardonnay, is traditionally vinified on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES: A beautiful, crystal-clear pale gold colour with green highlights. The refined nose combines minerality, floral aromas and subtle fruit notes. The palate is silky, full-bodied and vibrant, revealing precise, well-defined flavours. Juicy and striking, this is an excellent wine.
