Grower: Medeville family. 8 ha vineyard, 35-year-old vines.
Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. Clay-limestone soil.
Harvest: manual & mechanical; destemmed, crushed; daily pump-overs; temperature-controlled fermentation (15–25 days maceration).
Aged in underground vats, bottled at the estate.
Historic estate formerly linked to Pape Clément VII hunting grounds; under reconstruction by Medeville family for three generations.
