Our Cognacs are crafted using very old methods. We harvest our grapes by hand and distill following the knowledge passed down by our grandparents. No machinery is used to separate alcohol during the distillation process. Instead, we trust our nose and senses. This Cognac is a blend of several crus including Bons Bois and Fins Bois.

It has been aged between 8 to 10 years the cellars, and is the result of our craft constantly oriented towards quality. Grape Variety: 100% Ugni Blanc

A mellow Cognac with a dominant, balanced aroma of vanilla pod. This is a Cognac of great delicacy.
