Vinification:
Manual harvest. Vinification in stainless steel vats. Aging: in barrels for 10 months and in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats for 3 months to keep freshness.

Aroma: floral aroma of white flowers and citrus fruits.
Palate: Round on the palate with good concentration and balanced acidity. Roundness is provided by aging for 10 months in barrels.
Food pairing: Perfect pairing with fine Bresse poultry and goat cheese.
Ideal serving temperature: 12 °C.
