Pyrenean trout 65% (including smoked trout 20%), fresh cream, Jurançon dry 8% (contains sulphites), mustard (water, mustard seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt), spices and flavors, chives, poppy seeds, vegetable fibres (flax and citrus), Guérande salt 0.45%, concentrated lemon juice.
