First of all, chutney is a sauce served as an accompaniment to fine dishes very famous as foie gras. Chutney is made from fruits or vegetables that are seasoned and spiced.
Our fig chutney is prepared by hand respecting a particular know-how at low temperature. We add candied onions and a hint of Ratafia alcohol to enhance the taste of this accompaniment.

Ingredients:

Onions, water, figs 13.5% (antioxidant E220, preservative E202 (SULFITES)), sugar, ratafia 4.5% (water, sugar, alcohol, liqueur wine, flavourings, acidifier: E330), modified corn starch, wine vinegar (SULFITES), salt, pepper.
