Variety: 100% Pinot Blanc (Pinot Auxerrois)
Vinification: Traditional fermentation in 120 years old oak barrel. The following is the 12-month process “elevage sur lie” or if the method of maturing wine on yeast sludge.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow color with green reflections. The bouquet is fine with citrus aroma. In the mouth it is perfectly balanced with high acidity corresponding to the natural richness of the variety Pinot Auxerrois.
