The vineyards are located of Northern
Côte du Rhône area, 50 km south of LYON.

After harvest, grapes are vinified
in vats for about 15 days and then are pressed.
Wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
Average output per hectare is about 40 hectoliters.

SAINT-JOSEPH Red Wine has character
and enjoys strong tannins in its youth.
In addition, beautiful rubies color is noticeable.

As it gets older (within 3 to 5 years),
wine gets finer and keeps well.
It then becomes soft, fine and delicate.
Color is beautiful with intense bouquet, with good notes of cassis, violet and raspberry.
Original, friendly and soft, SAINT-JOSEPH RED becomes an easy wine to drink.
