Traditional with whole grapes.
Long cuvaison (up to 3 weeks for Grenache).
Cooling down around 30°. Ageing for 12 months in barrels.
Natural setting by racking. No finning and no filtration.
Pleasant carmin red and shiny colour.
Elegant marsh-mallow nose, violet with liquorice.
Full rich mouth, with body.
Full red fruits aromas (in particular raspberry and cherry)
Ideal tasting temperature -> 17° for the reds.
