Nose : Classic Pinot Noir nose on red fruits (Strawberry, cherry), with elegant notes of fine oak coming from the barrel ageing.
 
Taste : Full bodied Pinot Noir with the elegance of Burgundy wines. The mouth is rich and fresh with a pleasant structure that will matches meat dishes.       
The Pinot Noir of Burgundy as I call it "Tradition". The expression of this wine is very "Pinot" as they say in France, because the cherry is very present on the nose. The racy, ample and fleshy sides of the taste of this bottle, reveal an authentic and traditional style of this winemaker . The youth of the tannins still in the mouth calls a dish to reveal the gastronomic capacities of this wine.  The vintage, rich, does not hide its expectations under the cap of this bottle.
