Mahi Mahi sea bream is also known as dolphinfish. It is a fish with white, firm and fragrant flesh, particularly appreciated in Hawaiian cuisine. It is offered here in a spread recipe inspired by the famous ceviche, a monument of South American cuisine based on fish marinated in lemon.

Cooked with crème fraîche, shallots, candied lemons, lime juice and a touch of coriander, the whole thing is very fresh and well balanced between the marine flavors of the Mahi Mahi and the citrus notes of the seasoning .

To be enjoyed on toast, with breadsticks or crackers , as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a salad.
