Alcoholic fermentation with native yeast and at 26°C-28°C
Aging: 50% of the volume is aged in French barrique alternatives for 3 months
Alcohol: 13.5%
Residual sugar: 1.68 g/l
Colour: Dark red with hints of purple.
Taste: fresh red berries and spices, very intense with a velvety and welcoming finish.
Bouquet: ripe plum and red berries, spices and dried flowers.
Recommended serving temperature: 16°-18°C
Pairing: grilled meat, duck, salads
